January, 25, 2020 Deputy head teacher of Britannia village sat down with Sovereign Comics and gave us such a warm and friendly greeting, as we discussed deep rooted social issues and the need to engage young people with a new and innovative approach. BRITANNIA VILLAGE & THE SOVEREIGN KNIGHTS.: Updates Building a Lifetime of Memories For those who don’t already know, my stepson Ashton Bennett, now 13 years of age is creator of Sovereign Comics’ very own “Mr Imagination" .... here’s how his creation is continuing to help Sovereign Comics give back to other children in the community. Ashton attended Britannia village school and has always spoken very highly of the teachers and his overall school life experience. When the opportunity came to give back he did so by creating a character who could act as a super hero mentor, taking young people by the hand to navigate through difficult social issues such as childhood obesity health and nutrition. Deputy head teacher Rose White of Britannia village sat down with Sovereign Comics and gave us such a warm and friendly greeting, as we discussed deep rooted social issues and the need to engage young people with a new and innovative approach. For us this involved turning educational books into explosive comics filled with creative and fun story lines, such as the “Super Healthy Comic”. Myself (Paul Nelson) and co-owner of Sovereign Comics Dean Richards expressed our concerns for the community, and with that Rose White and Britannia Village decided to place an order with Sovereign Comics and walk hand in hand to tackle the problems that young people in our community face. Yesterday we received word that the children are absolutely excited about "The Super Healthy Comic" which is full of easy and fun nutrition tips and exercises, and to delve into the world of Sovereign Comics.... How thrilling, I could hardly contain my joy.
